We gladly accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product, or the original recipient received it, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

At Orange Autoparts, we are committed to providing top-notch products and services in the auto shop e-commerce industry. Should any issues arise with your purchase, our primary aim is to simplify the return or exchange process. To ensure a smooth experience, please review and comply with our auto shop Terms and conditions, as failure to do so may result in the rejection of refunds, exchanges, repairs, or replacements.

Please be aware that due to the ever-evolving nature of our industry, Orange Autoparts reserves the right to modify, alter, or change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. We recommend periodically checking this page for updates.

Returns & Exchanges:

You can request a replacement shipment or a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping charges) under the following conditions:

  • The part is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • The part is not electrical/electronic in nature (e.g., ECUs, push button units, relays, air mass meters, sensors, scan/reset tools, etc.).
  • The part is unopened if it bears a sticker indicating it’s non-returnable once opened (e.g., gasket sets, repair manuals, etc.).
  • The part is not a “special order item.”
  • The part does not have a notation in the parts notes/description indicating it’s not returnable (e.g., throttle housings, etc.). Please carefully review notes during the order process to avoid misunderstandings.
  • The part has not been installed, used, disassembled, or altered in any way.
  • The part is complete, with no missing parts, hardware, or instructions (if sold as a set).
  • The part is returned in its original packaging and is in resalable condition.

For any of the above situations, please contact our auto shop customer service representatives, and they will guide you through the return process. While specific categories have their own rules and conditions (see below), there are general rules that apply to all returns or exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must follow our Return Procedure and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
  • Products must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products in poor condition.
  • Returns related to defects, damage, fitment issues, or other flaws may require additional inspection. Depending on the product, we may request that you send it back to us for further examination. If you have the product inspected by your mechanic and provide a report, we may also require verification by shipping the product back to our source for additional inspection.
  • Returns related to incorrect parts, sizes, or items purchased in error must not be assembled, installed, or modified.
  • Products that have been used or fully/partially installed are non-returnable.
  • Some products may not require a physical return. In such cases, we will provide instructions on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.

If the returned part(s) pass inspection, we will issue a replacement within 5-7 business days after receiving the return. Replacement processing times may vary based on when we receive your return and part availability.


Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
  • Custom Built Orders.
  • Custom Wheels & Tires Packages.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.


Refunds are acceptable within 30 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping to avail of the warranty period.
  • A restocking fee of 20% applies to cancellations, returns, and refunds.
