Shipping and Delivery:

To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different types of products and shipping destinations. Once shipping is confirmed, it will be set for pickup by the carrier. Some products in stock, ship the same day, or within 1 or 2 business days.

There are other products that require more time, generally due to physical location, carrier or warehouse accessibility, and other economic conditions (i.e., delay at the border, pandemic, etc.) Shipping can be tracked via tracking number. For custom or made to order items shipping time varies dramatically as they may have to be manufactured, painted, modified, embroidered, or assembled.

Please keep the following in mind:

Products that are oversized must ship truck freight / LTL which differs from ground shipments.

NOTE: These oversized items require inspection and a signature upon delivery.

Freight Shipping Info

Truck freight/ LTL shipments differ from standard shipments in a few ways:

Since your merchandise will be shipping alongside other large items – we ask that you inspect your order for any damage before signing for it. In the case that you receive a damaged product; simply write “RECEIVED DAMAGED – REFUSED SHIPMENT” on the shipping receipt and DO NOT accept the order. Once refused, please call us directly so we can have a replacement sent right away, at no additional cost.

Most freight companies will call in advance to set up an appointment for orders being delivered to a private residence. When placing your order please provide a daytime phone number that you can be easily reached at. This will allow quick and efficient delivery.

Free Shipping:

Orange Autoparts has Free Shipping every day on thousands of our products, saving you some valuable cash on accessories. Some restrictions do apply.

Here are the details:

Free shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Eligible items are identified on their product information page. They can also be identified in your shopping cart.

The shipping method will be selected by Orange Autoparts. Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by Orange Autoparts or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfilment centres. Express shipping orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labelled as oversized on their product information page, and will not feature the Free Shipping icon.

Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping. Orange Autoparts reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time.

Orange Autoparts will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company if products are signed for without being inspected, and are later found to be damaged. Please inspect all products, and refuse damaged items.

Shipments to HI, AK, PR, Guam, & Virgin Islands might require extra shipping charges.

Shipments to Canada, as well as all other international destinations, are subject to additional shipping charges which may not be captured until after the order has been placed. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer PO Box, mailbox, and APO/FPO shipping at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.

Orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Please Note:

Orange Autoparts request that customers inspect all the parts at the time of delivery for any damage. Report damaged, wrong or missing parts before signing any shipping documents. Damage, wrong or missing parts should be reported by the purchaser at the time of delivery. Failure to report damages before signing shipping documents places responsibility on the purchaser (receiver). Purchaser refers to any representative of the company designated to sign for the delivery.

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. You can also give customer service a call to inquire about your tracking information.
